To make your visit as smooth as possible, we offer convenient appointment scheduling, accept a wide range of insurance plans, and provide transparent billing policies. Whether you’re a new or returning patient, we’re here to ensure your experience is efficient, stress-free, and focused on your oral health.
Appointment Policies
- BY APPOINTMENT ONLY (must call to schedule)
- NO WALK-IN APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE
- Under age 18 must be accompanied by ONE ADULT ONLY
- Over 18 must attend appointment ALONE (unless assistance is needed)
- NO GRACE PERIOD
- Confirmation text messages are sent 7 days before scheduled appointments. If not confirmed, text is resent 3 days before appointments. ALL APPOINTMENTS MUST BE CONFIRMED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT OR THEY ARE CANCELLED.
- UNCONFIRED OR MISSED/FAILED APPOINTMENTS ARE NOT RESCHEDULED (must call 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments)

- Payment in full is due at time of service
- We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards

Billing
- We do not bill for treatment. All payment is due at time of service
- Bills are sent for any remaining balances after insurance payments are received
